Monk Chair, Grey Seat / Blue Metal Tube Base

Monk chair’s shell is made of two bent plywood plates upholstered in fabric underneath which lies a simple wooden structure. The armrest makes the part of the seat and the whole shell visually appear as floating independently from its support, thus paying homage to the retro furniture and the play between typologies. Monk is available in two versions - as a chair and an easy chair. Together, the two Monks unite everyday functions of work and contemplation.
