Payment methods & delivery

 In ELKE Mööbel online store, a purchase is paid for on the internet by selecting a payment method upon registration of the purchase. The following payment methods are available:

  • paying with a Visa or MasterCard credit card
  • paying via Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian bank link (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut, Šiauliu Bankas, Medicinos Bankas)
  • paying with ESTO hire purchase, ESTO buy now and pay later, ESTO 3 pay later solutions (see more information about ESTO payment options HERE)

The products sold in ELKE Mööbel's online store are divided into two categories: (1) In stock products - products that are in stock in the warehouse of ELKE Mööbel at the time of purchase and are ready to be shipped (marked as ‘In stock’ in the online store), and (2) Out of stock products - products that are not in stock in the warehouse of ELKE Mööbel at the time of purchase, that have a longer delivery time and are not marked as ‘In stock’. The estimated delivery time for out of stock products is shown on the product page in the online store.


The customer selects the delivery point and transport method during the check-out stage of the purchase. The following delivery methods are available:

1. The customer can pick up the ordered goods from the store of ELKE Mööbel (Järve 2, Tallinn) or from the warehouse (Metalli 8, Tallinn). After making the purchase, the in stock products are usually ready for dispatch from the showroom or warehouse the second work day since 3 PM. Out of stock products are ready for dispatch within up to 12 weeks. If there are any obstacles that are beyond the control of ELKE Mööbel and hinder the timely fulfilment of an order, the delivery term will extend by the respective period of time. ELKE Mööbel informs the customer of the extension of the delivery term immediately.

Store is open from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and on Saturdays from 11 AM to 4 PM. Warehouse is open from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 11 AM and from 2 PM to 5 PM. No transport cost is added to the price of the purchase if this delivery method is selected.

2. In case the product fits the parcel machines' boxes and the delivery point is located in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania or Finland, it is possible to select a SmartPOST or Omniva parcel machine delivery as a transport method. Generally, the delivery of in stock products takes up to 7 working days. Out of stock products will be handed over to the operator of the selected parcel terminal by ELKE Mööbel within up to 12 weeks. If there are any obstacles that are beyond the control of ELKE Mööbel and hinder the timely fulfilment of an order, the delivery term will extend by the respective period of time. ELKE Mööbel informs the customer of the extension of the delivery term immediately.

For this delivery method, transport cost is EUR 3.99 for the parcel machines in Estonia and EUR 12.99 for the parcel machines in Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland. No transport cost for delivering the purchase to a parcel machine is added in case the cost of the purchase is more than EUR 39 and the purchase is delivered to a parcel machine located in Estonia; and EUR 59 in case the purchase is delivered to a parcel machine located in Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland.

3. The customer can select delivery of the products by a courier. Generally with this transport method the delivery of in stock products takes up to 10 working days. Out of stock products will be dispatched by ELKE Mööbel to the courier within up to 12 weeks. If there are any obstacles that are beyond the control of ELKE Mööbel and hinder the timely fulfilment of an order, the delivery term will extend by the respective period of time. ELKE Mööbel informs the customer of the extension of the delivery term immediately.

Delivery fee is EUR 39 in case of delivering the products to the address given by the customer in Estonia and in other European Union states. No transport cost for delivering the purchase is added in case the cost of the purchase is more than EUR 150 and the purchase is delivered to a delivery address located in Estonia. The products are delivered with a courier to the front door. 

We will notify the customer via email address provided on the order when the ordered product(s) have dispatched or are ready for pickup. 


NB! The delivery method chosen when ordering the goods includes one-off transport to the destination address. If the order contains products with different delivery times in the shopping basket and the delivery method chosen is parcel terminal or courier, the ordered products will be shipped according to the delivery time of the product that arrived last at the warehouse of ELKE Mööbel. If the customer wants to receive the purchased products at different delivery times, an additional fee must be paid for each additional instance of transport. No additional fee is charged if the customer has chosen the retail store or warehouse of ELKE Mööbel as the place of delivery.
