Completed in 2025, the interior architecture of the Saue Smart office building is defined by dynamism, transparency, warmth, and sustainability.
The contemporary Saue Smart office building features a carefully considered interior environment, where forms, materials, and thoughtful spatial planning ensure a high level of user comfort. Principles of efficiency and transparency, supporting the LEED certification and smart building solutions, are emphasized through exposed concrete and metal surfaces. The industrial character is softened by light wall tones and carpeted corridors, creating a sense of visual warmth while reducing footstep noise. Geometric acoustic ceiling elements and lighting fixtures add a sense of movement, while an optimistic yellow accent used in the details brings vibrancy to the spaces. The interior is furnished with products from renowned manufacturers such as HAY, &Tradition, NormannCopenhagen undefined, Inno Interior Oy, S-CAB, and Montana Furniture, and also includes innovative solutions made from natural materials.
