Terms & conditions of the customer loyalty program of ELKE Mööbel
The loyalty program of OÜ ELKE Mööbel (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is aimed at private and legal persons. After joining the Program, they will get a -5% discount on the products purchased at full price in all sales channels of OÜ ELKE Mööbel. Loyal customer discount -5% applies to reduced prices as well, except in cases when a loyal customer special price applies to a product with reduced price, or a project discount applies that is calculated individually for large-volume projects.
The sales channels of OÜ ELKE Mööbel are considered to be the showrooms of OÜ ELKE Mööbel and webpage of OÜ ELKE Mööbel. The discount cannot be changed for money or gift vouchers.
1. Terms and conditions for joining the customer loyalty program of OÜ ELKE Mööbel
1.1. Joining the program may be applied for by a private or legal person who makes a purchase in any of the above-mentioned sales channels of OÜ ELKE Mööbel at least in the amount of EUR 50.
1.2. The program can be joined by filling in a respective subscription form. The paper form is found in the showroom of OÜ ELKE Mööbel and by opening the link sent by the representative of OÜ ELKE Mööbel.
1.3. OÜ ELKE Mööbel is entitled to decide whether to satisfy or not the application for joining the program. The application is not satisfied if the subscription conditions are not met, the compulsory fields of the subscription form are not completed or if a person already has a valid program account.
1.4. OÜ ELKE Mööbel is entitled to temporarily change the terms and conditions for joining the program. Information about temporary terms and conditions is available on the webpage of OÜ ELKE Mööbel at www.elkemoobel.ee.
1.5. Each person can have only one valid program account.
1.6. Joining the program is free of charge.
1.7. A private or legal person is not granted a loyal customer status without his or her consent and without filling in a respective subscription form.

2. Usage terms and conditions of the program
2.1. Discounts apply to a loyal customer of OÜ ELKE Mööbel from the moment of satisfying the application by OÜ ELKE Mööbel. If joining the program was made available after making a purchase in OÜ ELKE Mööbel online store, discounts apply starting from next purchase – after OÜ ELKE Mööbel has satisfied the application of joining the customer loyalty program. Loyal customer discount cannot be added to a made purchase retrospectively.
2.2. If a private person has joined the program, the account is personal and only the person who has joined the program is allowed to use.
2.3. If a legal person has joined the program, the benefits of the program are valid only for the legal person who joined the program and they do not extend to private persons related to the legal person.
2.4. In order to use the benefits of the loyal customer in ELKE Mööbel store, a representative of OÜ ELKE Mööbel should be informed before making a purchase. In order to use the benefits in OÜ ELKE Mööbel online store, it is necessary to log in to a personal customer account prior to making the purchase with the contacts provided at the moment of customer loyalty program registration. No discounts are calculated after a purchase.
2.5. If it appears that a customer has violated the conditions of use of the program, OÜ ELKE Mööbel is entitled to finish the status of a loyal customer.
2.6. OÜ ELKE Mööbel shall not undertake to compensate a loyal customer for the damage/ loss caused by another person as a result of using the loyal customer account.
3. Other terms and conditions
3.1. The status of a loyal customer is valid for an unspecified period of time.
3.2. OÜ ELKE Mööbel is entitled to change the program, including terms and conditions of the program and rates of using benefits, by informing loyal customers of it at least 5 work days in advance. A corresponding notification is sent to a loyal customer at the email address given by him or her and it is published at www.elkemoobel.ee. If a loyal customer does not agree to continue using the account on changed terms and conditions and he or she would like to finish the loyal customer status, the person is entitled to send an application, in free form, for quitting the program. The application should be sent at tallinn@elkemoobel.ee.
3.3. If a loyal customer would like to receive news, information about offers and campaigns, he or she should express a respective wish in the application. A loyal customer is entitled to prohibit, at any time, the use of his or her contacts for direct marketing by replying to the sent newsletter or by writing about the respective wish in free form at tallinn@elkemoobel.ee.
3.4. In order to stop using the program, a loyal customer shall send an application in free form at tallinn@elkemoobel.ee. Upon submitting such application, the account of a loyal customer is deleted after processing the application. Upon submitting an application for stopping the use of the program, a customer stops using all the benefits of the loyal customers and it is not possible for a customer to use the benefits after that any more.
3.5. If the data that enables using the status of a loyal customer changes, incl. name and contacts, a customer shall undertake to immediately inform of it at tallinn@elkemoobel.ee.
3.6. Upon returning a product, the purchase amount is returned to a loyal customer in the amount that the loyal customer paid at the moment of making the purchase transaction.
